The film “More Citizenship, More Development” is an illustrated portrait of the work developed by Instituto Marquês de Valle Flôr in the Liquiçá district of Timor-Leste, between June 2011 and December 2013.
The iniciative supported the empowerment of Civil Society Organizations in the district and the creation of Espaço Cidadania +, a civil society resources and information center, open to all citizens, a space of conciliation and encounter to promete greater proximity with the Local Authorities, allowing and fostering an active participation of all citizens in the district’s sustainable development.
