The Marquês de Valle Flôr Institute and the Ibero-American States Organization for Education, Science and Culture (OEI) signed a cooperation agreement which objective is to promote the development of cooperation programs and projects considered of mutual interest by both institutions, mainly in the education, science, culture and social development areas in member countries of the Ibero-American Community.
 

The signature of this convention took place on October 19th, 2015, at the OEI headquarters, in Madrid, in the presence of the IMVF chairman of the board of directors, Dr. Paulo Freitas, the IMVF projects director, Dr. Ahmed Zaky, and the OEI Secretary General, Dr. Paulo Speller.
 

The Ibero-American States Organization for Education, Science and Culture (OEI) was created in 1949 and it is an international organization with governmental nature for the cooperation between ibero-american countries in the education, science, technology and culture fields in the context of integral development, of democracy and regional integration.
